Logging your Volunteer Hours in Bloomerang:
Visitor Center Host
The Farmhouse Visitor Center is open on Saturdays in the winter months and every day in the summer where we greet visitors from all over the world!
Programs offered to the community throughout the year need volunteers to help in many ways.
Nature Walk Leader
Nature Walks offered daily in the summer (except Sunday) share the natural and cultural history of Creamer’s Field Refuge and Creamer’s Dairy?
Major events include Spring Migration Celebration, Design Alaska Wild Arts Walks, Tanana Valley Fair Booth, and Sandhill Crane Festival.
Board of Directors & Board Committees
Serve on the Board or join committees for historic preservation, fundraising, events, and more.
Tidy up the office, work in Anna Creamer’s Garden, hang Christmas lights, assist with occasional trail projects, etc.
Pursuing grant funding, donor development, and fundraising events support Friends’ programs and helps us grow!
Please note that a only single date and type of activity can be entered at one time.
After logging your hours, there will be a button linking to this page to log additional
hours or a different volunteer activity. You do not need to fill in your address and
phone each time. Thank you for helping us keep track of the volunteer hours you
have contributed to Friends of Creamer’s Field!
